But imagine if making a few small tweaks to your car setup could prevent that nagging back pain, or keep your neck from getting stiff every time you hit the road. Sounds pretty nice, right?

So, let’s picture this: You’re sliding into the driver’s seat, ready for your daily drive or maybe a longer road trip. But did you know that the way you set up that seat could mean the difference between getting to your destination pain-free or arriving with back and neck stiffness? Studies actually show that poor car ergonomics – and yep, that’s a thing – is a major factor in driver discomfort, especially for anyone spending long hours behind the wheel. But don't worry, we've got some tips to help you tweak your setup so you can drive comfortably and keep your body feeling great.Alright, so first off, seat height and position .

This one’s pretty straightforward but oh-so- important. Set your seat so you’re comfortably close to the pedals. Your entire foot should reach the pedal without you having to stretch.
